STEPS AND PROCEDURES ON HOW TO BECOME A LOAD CENTRAL RETAILER
1. Type (LOADCENTRAL, Full name, Age, Cellphone Number) and send to 09063635549
2. You will receive a notification that you are already registered as a Load Central Retailer.
4. Avail your Load Central Load Wallet
3. You can now start your LOADCENTRAL BUSINESS.
How to Change Loadcentral Passwords
There are two passwords being used by a Loadcentral Retailer:
1. FL (First Level) Password or (SMS Password) – use this password when sending commands thru your registered mobile number.
To change, type
CHANGEPW<space>123456<space><6-digit PIN>
send to LoadCentral Access Number

2. SL (Second Level) Password (Webtool Password) - use this password to log-in and selling load products in the webtool.
1. Open your web browser and go to the LoadCentral Webtool website, https://www.loadcentral.net
2. Log in to your retailer account by keying in your username and password. The username is usaully your activated mobile number (prefix 63 + 10 digit number). The initial password is 123456. Click on the Log in button. (See sample below)
3. Once signed in, click on the “Change Password” link.
4. To change the password, populate all the fields. Key in the ff:
i. your username,
ii. your FL or SMS password (default: 123456)
iii. your current SL or Webtool password (default: 123456)
iv. your new 6-digit SL or Webtool password.
v. again, your new 6-digit SL or Webtool password for verification.
Once all fields are populated, click on the “Change Password” button. A verification
message will appear, e.g. : “Webtool password successfully changed” near the top of the
screen.
5. Click on the Log out” link and then log in again using your new SL or Webtool password. If you already have credits in your load wallet, then you may start selling prepaid products to customers.
NOTE: If you will use both SMS and webtool for loading, it is better that you change your FL Password (SMS Password) and SL Password (Webtool Password) thru the webtool. Your FL password and SL password MUST NOT BE THE SAME so that your webtool account will not be LOCKED.
Request for Webtool (SL) Password Reset
So, your your SL password has been blocked? Before anything else i want to explain first what is the Loadcentral FL & SL Password. FL stands for First Level and SL stands for Second Level. FL password is your password for your mobile number registered with Loadcentral and SL Password is the password for you to access the Loadcentral Webtool.
Possible reasons why any or both of your password(s) has been blocked. :
1. You did not change your Webtool Password / SL Password and your Mobile Password right away.
2. You have too many invalid login attempts on the Webtool. ( or someone is trying to access your account without your knowledge )
3. You nominated the same password for both FL and SL Password.
You can only change your SL password via Webtool and you can only change your FL password via SMS using your mobile number registered with Loadcentral. Here’s how :
"Send CHANGEPW [old 6-digit password] [new 6-digit password] to a LoadCentral Access Number"
Default passwords for both FL & SL is : 123456. If your SL password i blocked, of course you cannot access the Webtool and the only way you can access it is for us to reset it into the default password. For security purposes and before i process your SL password reset. Please make sure that the name ( including middle initial ), email address & the security code that you will provide should match with all the details that you have submitted to us when you register. Especially to sub-dealers and retailers who have huge amount on their Loadcentral wallet. Please do understand that this is for you and your Loadcentral account’s safety.
Even though your SL password or webtool password has been reset to default, you will still have to activate it by sending an sms to our Loadcentral access number using the mobile number you registered as a retailer or subdealer. Syntax:
"UNLOCK 123456 and send it to any of the Loadcentral access number."
